- Additional 5 photos will be billed at $40.00
- Every additional 1,000 SQF scanned will be billed at $50.00.
- Optional Floor Plan will be billed at $69.00
- Same day appointments will be billed at $35, you will need to call us to book same day appointments.  Must call to schedule same day appointment 1-888.884.4274.
- Same day delivery will be billed at $35.
- Additional $30 travel charge will be added for Chicago, IL,  Milwaukee, WI and any listing over an hour drive from our business location. 
- No show appointments will be billed at 50% of service cost. 
- Cancel up to 24 hours of the appointment at no charge. If appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot there will be a fee of $59.95. 
- Late payments will incur a $35 fee added to the invoice. 
- Additional item removal will be billed at $7 per angle.
